✔️ CHUNNA is a Super Food! சுண்ணாம்பு, चूना
Consume 1 pinch of Chunna (Equivalent to a grain of wheat) with liquids only.
Like Buttermilk (40% curd, 60% water), Curd, Dal/Sambar etc. or Water between 9 am - 2 pm daily.
Consumption of Chunna was said to be helpful against more than 70 Health Issues / illnesses according to my late grandmother.
She used to say it might help in the following:
Jaundice, Fertility issues & Impotency - Chunna + Sugarcane juice.
(Impotency, count, etc. - 1 ½ years+).
Height issues, Memory Power, IQ levels, Joint Pain, Irregular Periods, Menopause issues etc. (Knee, Hip, Shoulder Pain, Join Pain, Broken Bones, Spondylitis, and other Backbone issues.)
Chunna + buttermilk or curd or daal or water.
Joints: Consume Hansingar - Pavalamali Khada - Decoction.
Chunna might help in preventing the installation of Artificial Knees.
Consume Chunna and Harsingar leaves tea.
Hot-Cold Sensations in the Teeth - Chunna + water.
Blood Regeneration issues, low Blood Count, or Anemia -
Chunna + Pomegranate juice (best option) or orange juice or sugarcane juice to be had on an empty stomach every morning.
+ Consume Desi Jaggery.
Pregnant Women - One cup of Pomegranate juice + Chunna (equivalent to a grain of wheat)
Consume every day for 9 months and post delivery.
Chunna is the Best source of CALCIUM that can be consumed by humans.
Calcium is one of the most important Vitamins for the development of the Foetus during Pregnancy.
This practice might help in the following ways:
1. At the time of birth the mother might not face any problems during the delivery and might be able to give birth normally.
2. The child might be strong and healthy even at birth.
3. The immunity level of the child all through his growing years might be high and thus might stay healthy and immune to a lot of diseases that other kids easily fall prey to.
4. The kid might have an high IQ level and might be more intelligent and brilliant.
In Bharat, a majority of us are known for consuming paan. Paan is safe & the best.
But please draw your attention here: If you want to have paan, consume it only with the following:
Sont (Dry Ginger), Ilaichi (Cardamom), laung (clove), Saunf, Kesar, Dalchini, Gulkand, Daliya, Chunna.
Natural Katha (Plant Product) can be consumed.
Kotai Pak (Supari) - 1/2 Can be consumed. Chew it and split it, don't swallow it.
But please never consume paan with Tobacco, Chemical Katha, Flavoured Supaari (Betel Nuts).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Chunna should always be consumed in a very small quantity - only equivalent to a grain of wheat and always be mixed with a liquid. Never consume it individually in its raw form or in large quantities. CHUNNA SHOULD NOT BE CONSUMED BY PEOPLE WHO HAVE KIDNEY OR BLADDER STONES.
