How to Use the Swadeshi Mandir’s Panchagavya Dish wash powder?

• Take the required quantity of our natural dish wash powder to dry scrub the utensils or you may make a paste using water to scrub the vessels.
• Use the powder/paste along with a natural scrubber to wash the vessels.
• Do not store the paste (made with water) overnight - as it is a natural product it will ferment and attract microorganisms. Make only as much paste as is required per day.
• Store the powder in a clean, dry, airtight storage jar. Use only a dry spoon to dole out the required powder.
• For tough stains, soak the vessels in water for some time before washing it

How to clean traditional vessels properly with Swadeshi Mandir’s Natural Dish wash powder?

• Iron vessels: scrub with a coir scrubber and a thick paste our natural dishwashing powder. Immediately after washing, wipe the vessel dry and coat lightly with a layer of oil. Heat for 5 minutes on a mild flame before storing it away.
• Tin-coated vessels: Use only soft coconut coir scrubber. As tin is very malleable and gets scratched easily. It is a good option to simply use your hands to wash the vessel with the dish wash paste. Always let the vessel cool down before washing. Pour water as the vessel cools down to remove any sticky particles.
• Brass and Bronze: Add a few drops of Rock Salt & Lime - which provides a good shine to the vessels.
• Clay and Soapstone Vessels: Use a small amount of our natural dish wash powder. Make a bit more watery paste than usual and rinse the vessel twice to ensure no residue remains.
• Wooden Vessels: Dry the vessels soon after washing them with our dish wash paste. It is best to season the vessels once a week with a thin coating of oil and sundry the cookware - to prevent the wood from going brittle and breaking
